About the author

N.S. Zad

N.S. Zad obtained his Commerce degree from Shivaji University of Kolhapur and cleared CS Final Exam in June 2005 held by Institute of Company Secretary of India. He has been teaching since the last 10 years and has vast teaching experience for various professional courses like CA, CS & CWA at IPCC/Executive & Final Level. He has practical experience for working with medium and large size organizations and firm(s) of practicing company secretaries.

Currently he is working as Course Director for CS & CWA in Excellent Professional Academy Pvt. Ltd., Pune. He teaches all the subjects for CS Executive & Final Level. He is also the founder director of Zads Professional Academy at Satara, Maharashtra. Considering needs of CS students he is writing books for other subjects of CS Executive Level.

Pratik Neve

He qualified as Chartered Accountant at age of 22 in July, 2011. He has also completed his Bachelors of Commerce (B. com) degree in year 2009 from Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce (B.M.C.C.), Pune University, Maharashtra.

Since inception he had cult towards teaching and especially what interested him the most is teaching subject of Tax. From December 2009 that is even before qualifying as CA, he is engaged in teaching taxes.

He is founder of academy “Zest Learning” (established in December, 2009) which imparts coaching to CS Students in subject of Tax for CS Professional as well as CS Executive students. Currently he is also associated with KEW Academy (Chennai) and ICAI – Pune Branch as faculty for Tax for CA Intermediate. Apart from this, he has been visiting faculty at prestigious institutions - Christ University (Bangalore), K2 Learning/Trisha Academy (Bangalore) and Lakshya (Kerala) for subject of tax for CA Intermediate and CS Executive. He has also been associated with VAMNICOM, (Pune) Sinhagad College (Pune) as well as MIT College (Pune) as faculty for Tax for M.B.A.

In his simple and lucid language, he has guided more than 11,000 students in subject of tax till date in span of 11 years. He believes in imparting knowledge by giving most simple practical examples. He feels that every student should have zest (enthusiasm) towards studies as they have towards other aspects of life.

He has passion for writing and has recently published his books of Quotes – “Living with Zest” which acts as motivation for student fraternity. Apart from that he loves cycling and has accomplished “Pune-Goa” trip on bicycle covering distance of 450 kms.

His ideology towards life comes from Swami Vivekananda’s words “Arise, Awake and Stop Not Till the Goal is reached...
